Requirements
The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) is seeking an experienced Performance Test Analyst to join the Testing and Quality Assurance (TQA) team in the Digital Services Division.
The successful candidate will proactively research, plan and problem solve relevant information across the department to deliver successful solutions. They will develop performance test solutions using OpenText LoadRunner to ensure accuracy and reliability in new and updated software enhancements.
The test analyst will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, put forward recommendations on best approaches to different testing methods, provide test plans and reports, and manage test outputs.

Onsite minimum 2 days per week or as agreed with the team. Noting this could be more than 2 days per week.

Criteria
1. Proven extensive technical experience and understanding of the toolset; OpenText LoadRunner Professional 30%
2. Experience with administrative and management activities for the OpenText LoadRunner Professional, including ability to review and provide feedback to infrastructure of toolset and conducting patches, and upgrades to toolset. 30%
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral form with a range of people including; Test Director and testers, project and program managers, technical engineers and developers and security specialists. 30%
4. Provide mentoring and technical advice to Performance Test Analysts. 10%
Desirable criteria
1. Experience with DevOps pipelines
